Is my personal information secure?

We process all of our orders through the Secure Server, which utilizes the highest state-of-the-art industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect all personal information for secure e-commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

What this all means is that our customers can buy with confidence knowing that their credit card information is EXTREMELY safe and protected by the highest level of technology available. Does the Adorenne accept returns?

Absolutely! Customer satisfaction is our highest priority!

Although we put an enormous amount of effort into making sure that our descriptions and photos accurately represent the fine jewelry we offer for sale, we realize that sometimes minds change or items can look different in person.

You have every right to expect your shopping experience with us to be easy and stress-free. We stand behind the quality and value of every item offered in our fine jewelry collection and we unconditionally guarantee your satisfaction with any item purchased from us.

Does the Adorenne have International shipping?

We receive many orders from outside the United Arab Emirates and have shipped orders to satisfied happy customers from all over the world!

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been submitted?

To change OR cancel your order, you will want to contact us as soon as possible after submitting it. Orders already shipped can not be canceled.

Why is there a difference to the number of days I receive my items?

Items with the status indicated as "In-stock, receive in 5 days" are designs that are in-stock, and they can be packed and sent out in about 5 working days. Please contact us if you wish to expedite your order.

How will I know whether you received my order that I placed online?

After you submit your order, Adorenne will immediately send you an e-mail confirming your order was received. You will be sent another e-mail when your order has shipped, which will contain a shipment tracking number for your reference so that you can track your package online.

How do I /create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and Cash on Delivery.

Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.
